Duties
- Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards
- Greet guests warmly, providing friendly and attentive customer service throughout their breakfast experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and food stations
- Assist with food handling and safety procedures to comply with health regulations and ensure guest safety
- Replenish buffet items, condiments, and supplies promptly to keep the breakfast station fully stocked
- Support catering and banquet setups when required, ensuring timely delivery of breakfast services for events
- Follow all food safety protocols diligently, including proper food storage, sanitation, and handling practices
Qualifications
- Previous experience in fine dining or food industry environments is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Experience serving or working in hospitality settings such as restaurants or catering events
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
- Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus
