Evo Repairs is a growing local electronics repair shop. We fix phones, computers, tablets, and game systems. We also sell used electronics.
We are a small team. Every person matters. You will help keep the shop running, help customers, and learn new skills.
What Is This Job?
The Shop Assistant is a beginner job.
You do not need repair, sales, or tech experience. We will train you.
You will help with many parts of the shop. You may help customers, answer phones, clean, sort parts, label devices, and help the repair team.
As you learn, you can choose where you want to grow.
You may move into:
- Electronics repair
- Sales and customer service
- Store operations
- Store leadership
Your growth will depend on your work, skill, effort, and goals.
What Will You Do?
You will:
- Welcome customers when they come in
- Help customers check in their devices
- Answer phone calls
- Answer simple customer questions
- Write clear notes about customers and devices
- Call customers when their repairs are done
- Keep the shop clean and neat
- Sort tools, devices, parts, and supplies
- Label and track customer devices
- Help repair techs get devices ready
- Help take apart simple devices when trained
- Help with basic sales
- Learn about repairs, prices, and repair times
- Follow shop rules
- Listen to team leaders
- Finish your work correctly and on time
Each day may be different. You may help a customer one minute and help with a game system or phone the next.

Job Requirements
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Pass a background check
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to stand for long periods
- Be able to lift and move normal shop items
- Be able to work during the shop’s normal hours
- Know some basic things about phones and computers
No past work in repairs or sales is needed.
Pay and Growth
Starting pay is $13.00 to $15.00 per hour.
Your starting pay will depend on your schedule, skills, and fit for the job.
