ABOUT WINE STREAM
Wine Stream Inc. is an innovative wine manufacturer specializing in premium wine-on-tap products. We work with distributors, restaurants, hotels, bars, entertainment venues, and hospitality groups throughout Florida and other U.S. markets.
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to expand our on-premise presence, develop strong customer relationships, and secure new Wine Stream tap placements throughout the assigned territory.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Regional Account Manager will focus primarily on developing new on-premise business with restaurants, bars, hotels, resorts, entertainment venues, and hospitality groups.
The primary objective is to open approximately 6–10 new accounts per month and secure multiple Wine Stream tap placements within each account. On average, a new account may open with approximately four taps.
This is a field-based sales position requiring consistent prospecting, account visits, presentations, tastings, follow-up, and coordination with distributor sales teams.
The Regional Account Manager will also receive training in the basic operation of wine and beer draft systems. Because this position involves regular travel between accounts, the employee must be willing and able to assist customers with basic draft-system troubleshooting and minor service issues when necessary.

- Identify and pursue new on-premise sales opportunities throughout the assigned territory.
- Secure new Wine Stream tap placements in restaurants, bars, hotels, resorts, and entertainment venues.
- Build and maintain relationships with owners, beverage directors, general managers, food and beverage directors, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct product presentations, staff tastings, and sales meetings.
- Work closely with distributor representatives and sales managers to develop leads, coordinate account visits, and close new business.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective and existing accounts.
- Support new account openings and ensure that initial keg orders are placed through the appropriate distributor.
- Learn the basic operation and components of wine and beer draft systems through company-provided training.
- Perform basic draft-system troubleshooting and minor fixes for accounts while traveling throughout the assigned territory.
- Recognize when a draft-system issue requires assistance from a qualified service technician and communicate the issue to the appropriate team.
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for additional tap placements and increased volume.
- Maintain organized records of account visits, opportunities, placements, service issues, and follow-up activities.
- Represent Wine Stream professionally at industry events, distributor meetings, tastings, and promotional activities.
PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
- Close approximately 6–10 new on-premise accounts per month.
- Focus on securing multiple taps at each new account.
- Consistently develop and maintain an active pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Contribute toward annual territory volume growth of approximately 20%–30%.
QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous sales experience, preferably within wine, spirits, beer, hospitality, food service, or on-premise beverage sales.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable prospecting and approaching new accounts independently.
- Organized, dependable, and capable of managing a large sales territory.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
- Willingness and ability to learn basic wine and beer draft-system knowledge. Company training will be provided.

- Ability to conduct tastings and confidently explain Wine Stream’s products and wine-on-tap program.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Availability to attend occasional evening tastings, account events, and industry functions.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate understands that successful on-premise sales require consistent field activity, relationship building, and follow-up. This individual should be confident opening doors, presenting products to decision-makers, working alongside distributor representatives, and converting opportunities into long-term tap placements.
The successful candidate will also be comfortable learning the technical basics of wine and beer draft systems and providing accounts with simple, hands-on assistance while traveling throughout the territory.
