Trust & Estates Attorney
An established law firm with over 50 years in practice based in New York is seeking a Trusts and Estates Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team onsite. With offices in Uniondale, New York City, or Long Island, this role will support a busy private client practice with a strong emphasis on estate planning, trusts and estates administration, and related planning matters, working closely with partners on sophisticated client representations.

Salary range: $133,000-$162,000 contingent on experience

Qualifications
Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing
Prior experience in trusts and estates and estate planning or an LL.M. in Estate Planning in lieu of work experience
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple matters
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated motivation to contribute to practice and firm growth
3+ years of experience in Estate Planning
Responsibilities
Assisting partners with all aspects of trusts and estates matters with a primary focus on estate planning
Drafting estate planning documents including wills, trusts, and related instruments
Supporting estate and trust administration matters as needed
Communicating with clients and maintaining organized matter files
Collaborating with attorneys and staff to support the overall growth of the trusts and estates practice
