The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is an integral role supporting the recruiting function, and contributes to the overall success of the team by providing a high level of customer service, administrative support, and project coordination throughout the recruiting process. This position will require the TAC to develop an understanding of Children's recruiting processes for candidate management, government regulation compliance, I9 completion, company policy administration, and other related activities in support of recruiting.
Minimum Education
High School Diploma or GED (Required)
Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience
2 years In an administrative role, preferably with an HR-focus (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge
Lead the onboarding process for newly hired employees. To include paperwork, background checks, occupational health clearance and facilitating the I-9 process.
Assist in the coordination and administration of routine, TA transactions
Support one or more Talent Acquisition Recruiters with daily TA processes
Perform Quality checks on all requisitions prior to posting
New hire processing and management of background check (including Occupational Health) process, new hire paperwork and new hire orientation
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Recruiters
Generate reports related to work and provide regular, timely updates to the recruiters and hiring managers
Work within Applicant Tracking System (Taleo) to support administrative recruiting functions, track candidate status, and retrieve necessary data
Interface with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Create proper documentation for required processes, for example personnel file to be uploaded in OnBase
Front desk/Receptionist coverage in multiple locations, as needed
Performs other assigned duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Human Resources Department management.

- Capable of communicating complex content in a succinct manner in-person, over the phone, and through written correspondence
- Ability to guide recruiting processes to closure
- Experience with Outlook, Word, and some Excel required
- Excellent desk/computer/workflow organizational skills
The disclosed salary range includes the minimum and maximum rates within which Children’s National believes an individual’s base pay rate will fall for this position. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the maximum of the pay range. The exact pay rate for this position will be based on a variety of factors in alignment with the Children’s National compensation philosophy. These factors are legitimate and non-discriminatory including, but not limited to, the current market conditions; organizational needs; the individual’s combination of prior work experience, level of education, knowledge, skills, and other qualifications.
