As we continue to expand our reach across Virginia and Maryland, we are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Assistant Clinical Director (BCBA, LBA) to join our leadership team in Baltimore, Maryland and Virginia.

About the Role
As the Assistant Clinical Director, you will work closely with our Clinical Director to support the development, oversight, and continuous improvement of high-quality ABA services.
You will serve as a clinical leader, mentor, and culture carrier supporting BCBAs, RBTs, and families while helping drive consistent, ethical, and effective treatment delivery across your region.
This role is ideal for a BCBA ready to grow into senior leadership while still maintaining meaningful clinical impact through a small caseload.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Clinical Director and executive leadership to design, implement, and refine clinical programs rooted in evidence-based ABA practices
Provide supervision, coaching, and mentorship to BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical excellence and professional growth
Maintain a small clinical caseload to provide direct services, oversee treatment integrity, and stay connected to client outcomes
Participate in case reviews, peer review processes, and quality assurance initiatives to ensure accountability and high standards of care
Support staff development, training initiatives, and onboarding of new clinicians
Build and maintain strong relationships with families, community partners, and referral sources to support continuity of care and organizational growth
Contribute to data-driven decision-making and ongoing clinical innovation
Requirements
Current BCBA certification
Active LBA license in the state of Maryland or Virginia (or eligibility to obtain)
Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of ABA experience with strong competency in assessment, treatment planning, and supervision
Demonstrated leadership experience or readiness to step into a clinical leadership role
Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills
Passion for high-quality, ethical, and client-centered ABA services
