We're growing throughout the Bay Area and hiring a full-time AT&T Representative to join our expanding telecommunications team. This is an entry-level, in-person, customer-facing position where you'll work directly with residential customers, introduce wireless and fiber internet services, answer questions, and help customers enroll in services that best fit their needs.
No previous telecommunications experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for professional growth based on performance. If you enjoy working with people and want to build experience in sales, customer service, account management, customer engagement, and business development, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do as an AT&T Representative
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned Bay Area communities
- Introduce wireless services, fiber internet, devices, and current promotions
- Explain available plans, pricing, account features, and service options
- Assist customers with enrollments, account setup, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Answer customer questions while delivering outstanding customer service
- Build lasting customer relationships through communication, professionalism, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate customer records and daily enrollment activity
- Work alongside your team to achieve customer enrollment and sales goals

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
