About Us:
MYKA Greek Frozen Yogurt is a New York based frozen yogurt and ice cream shop known for quality, cleanliness, and a great customer experience. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to help keep our shop spotless.
What You'll Do:
- Clean the store daily, shift starting at 5:00 AM
- Sanitize and maintain cleanliness around the sink area and all food prep surfaces
- Sweep and mop floors, wipe down counters, tables, and seating areas
- Clean windows, doors, and glass display cases
- Empty trash and maintain a clean, organized back area
- Deep clean the frozen yogurt machines weekly (training provided)
- Maintain general store cleanliness and report any maintenance issues
What We're Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual, comfortable with an early morning schedule
- Comfortable working independently
- Ice cream or frozen yogurt machine cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
- Prior cleaning or janitorial experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to follow health and safety guidelines
