We are hiring an experienced Part-Time Collections Associate to support a busy Accounts Receivable team in Westminster, CO. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with AR, collections, or finance experience who is looking for 20–25 hours per week while putting their customer service and accounting skills to work.

What You’ll Do
As a Collections Associate, you’ll help manage customer accounts, collect outstanding balances, and support the overall Accounts Receivable process.
Responsibilities include:
- Contact customers by phone, email, and online portals regarding outstanding balances
- Research and reconcile customer accounts
- Follow up on past-due invoices and payments
- Work with internal teams to resolve outstanding AR balances
- Maintain detailed collection notes and account documentation
- Process refunds, write-offs, and miscellaneous accounting entries
- Respond to customer requests, including statements, W-9s, and account changes
- Review shipping holds and assist with releasing orders
- Manage credit blocks as needed
- Process credit card, check, and cash payments
- Prepare and send monthly customer statements
- Assist with monthly aging reports and tracking KPIs
- Identify and communicate potential cash-flow issues
- Cross-train and assist with additional Accounts Receivable functions as needed
What We’re Looking For
- 2 + yeard of B2B (business to business) colletions experience - REQUIRED
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable, collections, or finance experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 2+ years of experience working with ERP systems
- Comfortable communicating with customers regarding past-due balances
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Basic PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to learn and become proficient in SAP
A Plus, But Not Required
- SAP experience
- Accounts Receivable reporting experience
- Aging reports
- Job cost or over/under billing reports
