Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team on the day shift, Monday through Friday. In this role, you will operate a variety of industrial equipment to produce high-quality pallets and related products. Your expertise will help ensure efficient production processes, uphold safety standards, and maintain the highest levels of quality throughout every step of manufacturing.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery
- Perform routine inspections of machines
- Conduct quality inspections throughout the production process, identifying defects or deviations from specifications and making adjustments as needed.
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
- Assist with fabrication, assembly, and materials handling tasks to support continuous production flow
Skills
- Experience with quality control techniques such as dimensional measurements and precision measurement in machining
- Warehouse experience highly desirable
- Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality inspections.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation and materials handling

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
