Pay: $20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday
3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Some weekends required.
What You'll Do
- Lead and support cleaning teams at multiple customer locations
- Ensure all work meets our high quality standards
- Train, coach, and motivate team members
- Fill in with cleaning duties when needed
- Build positive relationships with clients and quickly resolve concerns
- Help ensure daily operations run smoothly and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
- Commercial cleaning experience required
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within Illinois and Indiana
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Dependable, organized, and able to work independently
