Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and an ability to work independently while managing various cleaning tasks efficiently.
About Us
Maid 4 Moms started to help busy moms, families and the like with house cleaning so that they can gain their time back. We strive to provide our families with the highest standard of service. We are looking for someone to join our team part time for about 10-20 hours per week. Ideally being available 3-5 days per week during our peak operating times of 9am-3pm (weekend availability a plus).
Duties
- Perform thorough residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping tasks effectively, ensuring all rooms are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred.
- Knowledge of effective cleaning techniques and products for various surfaces.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas needing extra care.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
