Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced manufacturing industrial machinery maintenance mechanic, electrical experience is a must. repairs, and performs disassembling machinery, replacing parts, performing diagnostic test, and calibrating equipment to join our team in Fort Worth, TX.
This role requires technical and mechanical skills, apprenticeships, or significant on-the-job experience. Extensive knowledge including maintenance, troubleshooting-sensor and electrical, and the use of specialized tools and equipment to ensure optimal machine performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, dismantle and reassemble production industrial machinery. ex: CNC machines
- Calibration: Adjust and calibrate machinery to achieve optimal specifications, working with production teams to minimize machine downtime and improve overall efficiency.
- Routine maintenance such as cleaning, lubricating and replacing broken or malfunctioning components
- Following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures to ensure safety
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and electrical problems in CNC machines, including their hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems.
Must have Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintenance: 3 years (Required)
- Electrical
- Experience working with manufacturing CNC industrial machinery is a must!
- Excellent Attendance
- Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations
- Ability to perform timely repairs
Pay is based on experience

Must be flexible to work overtime based on company needs
