Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Master Social Worker (MSW) or Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW/LCSW) provides advanced, specialized mental health and case management services. They assess client needs, diagnose behavioral disorders, develop treatment plans, provide psychotherapy, and connect vulnerable populations to vital community resources
Duties
- Gather, analyze, and interpret data using advanced assessment tools and techniques to generate detailed reports
- Collaborate with management and stakeholders to develop tailored assessment strategies that align with business objectives
- Facilitate assessment sessions, including interviews, observations, and document reviews, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Maintain meticulous records of assessment findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions in CRM software and other management systems
- Provide clear feedback to clients or internal teams, highlighting strengths, areas for improvement, and actionable next steps
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process enhancements based on assessment outcomes
Skills
- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales within a B2B environment
- Strong background in outside sales, territory management, and direct sales techniques including cold calling and lead generation
- Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar sales management systems for tracking prospects and managing customer relationships
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to close deals effectively in a remote sales environment
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and technology sales to effectively promote assessment services or solutions
- Demonstrated ability in inside sales and retail sales environments with a focus on upselling and product demos
- Analytical skills to interpret data accurately, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to prospect new clients and nurture existing relationships
- Familiarity with CRM systems (technically supported) for customer relationship management (CRM) systems proficiency is essential
- Strong communication skills for conducting presentations, negotiations, and detailed assessments
