Part time Physical Therapy Aide position available and needed for Bayport office IMMEDIATELY.
```Duties:```
- Assist physical therapists in providing patient care and treatment
- Prepare treatment areas and equipment for therapy sessions
- Escort patients to and from therapy sessions
- Assist patients with exercises and activities as directed by the physical therapist
- Monitor patients during therapy sessions and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy areas
-Some light clerical/ administrative work will be expected.
```Requirements:```
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Previous experience in an outpatient setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a desire to help others
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
This position holds the potential for more hours and coverage when needed.

Shifts that are needed are:
Monday , Tuesday and Thursday afternoon hours
Hours from 8:30am to 1:30pm
Additional hours offered for coverage.
