Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Photographer to join our vibrant team! Duties
- Plan and execute photoshoots and video shoots in diverse settings, ensuring high-quality results aligned with brand standards
- Operate professional camera equipment, including DSLR, mirrorless cameras, and video recording devices for capturing stills and motion content
- Edit and enhance photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, Capture One, and Photo Manipulation tools to achieve desired aesthetic effects
- Conduct post-production editing of videos utilizing Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and other editing software to produce polished content
- Manage color correction and color management processes to maintain consistency across all visual media
- Collaborate with art directors, marketing teams, and social media managers to develop creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
- Maintain organized archives of digital assets for easy retrieval and future use
- Film engaging content for social media platforms, websites, campaigns, and internal communications to boost brand visibility
Skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects; familiarity with Capture One is a plus
- Strong understanding of color theory and color management techniques to ensure vibrant and accurate imagery
- Experience in photo editing, photo manipulation, and art direction to craft visually stunning compositions
- Skilled in videography techniques including filming, editing, and storytelling through motion pictures
- Knowledge of social media management tools for scheduling and publishing visual content effectively
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and work seamlessly with team members
