Primary Care Nurse Practitioner (FNP / AGNP) – New Orleans Area
A well-established, mission-driven community health organization in the New Orleans area is seeking a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner to join its Family Medicine or Internal Medicine team. Role Overview:
Provide comprehensive primary care services including management of acute and chronic conditions, physical exams, diagnostic interpretation, medication management, preventive care, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams while maintaining accurate EHR documentation.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Nursing
- Active, unrestricted Louisiana NP license
- Board Certified (FNP, AGNP, ANP, or similar)
- 3+ years preferred
- Community health experience a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
