Job Description:
Ben & Jerry’s McAllen is looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Leader to join our team. This role is perfect for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering excellent customer service. 7.25 + TIPS
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve ice cream and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude, mainly during the their shift.
- Assist with store opening and preparation.
- Maintain work areas clean and safe.
- Follow Ben & Jerry’s quality and service standards.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
- Weekends may be required based on store needs
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Availability for the stated schedule, including occasional weekends.
