Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely delivery
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation procedures in all work areas, including bar stations, tables, and service stations
- Ensure food safety management practices are followed to uphold health standards and prevent contamination
- Assist with setting up tables, bar areas, and maintaining stock levels to ensure smooth service flow
- Handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally, aiming to resolve issues promptly and positively
Experience
- Previous restaurant, bar or hospitality experience is preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is advantageous
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety management practices is essential for maintaining high standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly, professional manner
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
