Job Summary

Duties
- Provide professional massage therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health concerns, preferences, and treatment goals
- Educate clients on the benefits of various massage techniques and recommend appropriate treatment plans for pain management and relaxation
- Maintain detailed records of each session, including treatment notes, patient responses, and progress updates in compliance with privacy standards
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and staff to ensure integrated patient care and optimal treatment outcomes
- Uphold high standards of patient service by creating a welcoming environment and addressing client questions or concerns with professionalism
- Stay current on industry best practices, new techniques, and advances in physiology knowledge to continually enhance service quality
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification and licensing requirements fulfilled
- Proven experience in providing diverse massage therapies such as deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other specialized techniques
- Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy and pain management
- Prior experience working in a med spa or occupational health setting is highly desirable
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to assess individual needs accurately and deliver personalized treatments
- Knowledge of patient assessment procedures and the ability to develop customized treatment plans based on client feedback and health history

Pay: $35.00 - $80.00 per hour
