We are looking for a passionate, friendly, and experienced Facial Specialist / Esthetician to join our beauty and wellness team! The ideal candidate is passionate about skincare, client experience, and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
Responsibilities:
- Perform customized facials based on client skin concerns and goals
- Provide skincare consultations and recommend appropriate treatments/products
- Perform services such as deep cleansing facials, acne treatments, anti-aging facials, hydrating treatments, dermaplaning, chemical peels (if licensed), extractions, and facial massage techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment according to state regulations
- Educate clients on skincare routines and aftercare
- Build strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes
Qualifications:
- Valid Facial Specialist / Esthetician license (Florida preferred)
- Experience in facials and skincare treatments preferred
- Knowledge of different skin types and conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain professionalism
