- The Spa Lounge Day Spa is looking for a full-time manager who will primarily be responsible for assisting with day-to-day front-desk operations and employee staffing. It is a requirement that the position is in the office 40 hours a week in our Draper Utah location. The responsibility for the positions includes the following:
- We are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
- Management of the entire Draper team including front desk and service providers.
- Oversee operations at our Draper Utah location
- Scheduling of staff
- Checking appointments for accuracy
- Assist interviewing and onboarding of new staff members
- Inventory Management
- Handling customer complaints and ensuring overall staff and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure day to day spa operations are running according to protocol
- Available on the weekends since those are our busiest days.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
