<Job Overview>
We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Security Guard to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in safeguarding our clients’ properties by monitoring premises, controlling access points, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your energetic presence and keen observation skills will help maintain a secure environment while providing excellent service to visitors and staff alike.
<Responsibilities>
- Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter unauthorized access and ensure safety
- Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors through verification procedures
- Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to observe activity and identify potential threats
- Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
- Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify security vulnerabilities or hazards
- Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities
- Enforce security policies and conflict management protocols to resolve issues effectively
<Skills>
- Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques, including CCTV operation and monitoring
- First aid and CPR certification to provide immediate assistance during emergencies
- Experience in law enforcement or military service is highly advantageous
- Proficiency in conflict management to handle tense situations professionally
- Familiarity with loss prevention strategies to protect assets effectively
- Ability to perform physical patrols and stand for extended periods
- Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members and clients
12 Hour Shift
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
