This is NOT a traditional property management role.
We are looking for prior storage experience. We are looking for someone who loves working with people, thrives on sales conversations, and enjoys closing deals while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Leasing
- Convert inquiries into rentals through confident, friendly sales conversations
- Tour prospective customers and actively close the sale
- Follow up on leads and reservations to maximize move-ins
- Customer Experience
- Deliver outstanding customer service before, during, and after the rental process
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive retention and referrals
- Operations & Site Oversight
- Ensure the property is clean, professional, and rent-ready
- Coordinate basic maintenance needs and report issues promptly
- Administrative & Financial Duties
- Process rentals, payments, and daily transactions accurately
- Maintain organized records and complete required reporting
- Marketing & Local Outreach
- Actively promote the property in the local market
- Represent Right Move Storage professionally in the community
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Ability to work any day of the week from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays and Holidays are required
- Must have reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable handling objections and closing sales
- Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment
