Machine Operator
We're hiring experienced Machine Operators to join a leading aerospace manufacturing company in Winsted, CT. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity offering up to $29/hour.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery
- Perform tooling/wheel changes and machine adjustments
- Inspect parts using precision measuring tools
- Maintain quality and production records
- Perform basic preventive maintenance (TPM)
- Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work any of the available shifts
- Must pass a background check and 5-panel drug screen (No THC)
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Friday, 11:30 PM – 6:30 AM
Pay: $22.00 - $29.00 per hour
