- Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities for client interaction
- Skilled in floor cleaning techniques including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and carpet care
- Experience with laundry operations and surface cleaning across various materials
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively throughout the workday
- Outdoor work experience is a plus for handling exterior cleaning or yard-related duties
