We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supervisor to support daily warehouse and production operations on the 2nd shift. In this role, you will help coordinate material flow, oversee inventory movements, support outbound shipments, and ensure that safety, documentation, and operational standards are consistently maintained. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can manage priorities, guide team activity, and help keep warehouse processes running efficiently.

Work closely with warehouse manager to make sure all critical warehouse functions and areas are maintained, ensuring all required scans and system transactions are completed accurately and inventory integrity maintained.

Supervise a staff of 9 machine operators and 2 data personnel so that department goals and objects are achieved in the most efficient way possible.

Comfortable documenting and addressing employee issues that impact the department and team.

Review daily operational priorities in support of production operations and work with the 2nd shift production director to support our internal customer.

Review daily machine operator KPI’s and coach personnel to achieve optimal performance levels.

Support lean manufacturing practices and remove waste to increase warehouse capacity in key areas.

Ensure seamless transition of workload between 1st and 2nd shift while promoting teamwork and harmony among the group.

Support outbound shipment setup by confirming pallet labeling, carton counts, and shipment details are accurate and communicated to the appropriate teams.

Execute inventory adjustments when necessary, in appropriate WMS systems and execute dump and donate lists while maintaining accurate supporting records.

Ensure that safety and housekeeping standards are maintained throughout the shift and that all powered material handling equipment is kept in excellent condition.

Review daily operational priorities, productivity reports, and production schedules to align team efforts with business needs.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or production support operations preferred.

Ability to coordinate inventory replenishment, bulk picking, and highpick activity in a fastpaced environment.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage reports, track open issues, and follow up on aging items.

Experience assigning work, monitoring completion, and escalating resource needs when necessary.

Commitment to workplace safety, housekeeping standards, and adherence to established operating procedures.

Ability to support dock activity, container unloading, and outbound shipment readiness as business needs require.

Comfort working with warehouse systems and operational reports to monitor performance and document exceptions.

Ability to operate a forklift, electric pallet jack, and order selector.

Strong communication, organization, and problemsolving skills.
