Material Handler
Lancaster, WI | On-Site
1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $18–$22/hour, depending on experience
A well-established job shop manufacturing company in Lancaster, WI is seeking a Material Handler to join their manufacturing team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to be part of a company that values reliability and promotes from within. This position is available because a current team member has advanced into a machinist role.
Key Responsibilities
- Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
- Deliver materials to production areas to support manufacturing
- Load, unload, and organize incoming materials
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities
- Maintain organized inventory and storage areas
- Help keep the shop clean, safe, and running efficiently
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Forklift experience is helpful but not required—we'll provide training
- Ability to work independently while also supporting the production team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
