What You’ll Do:
- Lead, motivate and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Oversee and manage membership sales, ensuring a high conversion rate and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and execute sales strategies to drive membership growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members.
- Provide training and coaching to ensure the team delivers exceptions customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing to support the promotional campaigns and events.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales and team management, preferable in the fitness or service industry.
- A passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
