produce premium, all-natural, vegetarian dog treats in our FDA-registered, USDA-certified
organic facility. Our products are non-GMO and made without corn, wheat, or soy—just

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Production Worker to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is
hands-on and physical, ideal for someone who enjoys working with food production
equipment, following processes, and contributing to a high-quality product from start to
finish.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with food production, mixing, baking, cutting, and packaging of dog treats
Safely lift and move ingredients, trays, and finished goods (up to 50 lbs)
Operate and help maintain production equipment (training provided)
Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
Keep production areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
Support general warehouse and production tasks as needed
Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures
Mechanical knowledge or aptitude is a plus (equipment troubleshooting, basic
maintenance, etc.)
Prior food production or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
