Dialysis 4 Career is seeking experienced dialysis professionals to serve as part-time instructors for upcoming Hemodialysis Technician classes held at New City College of Technology in Downtown, Brooklyn.
We are looking for instructors who are professional, reliable, and passionate about training the next generation of dialysis technicians. Day and evening opportunities are available, with classes expected to begin in August.
Responsibilities include teaching dialysis theory, supporting hands-on skills training, reviewing curriculum, mentoring students, and helping prepare students for success in the dialysis field.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of recent dialysis experience
- RN strongly preferred
- Certified dialysis technician may be considered if nationally certified
- Strong knowledge of hemodialysis procedures, infection control, machine setup, patient care, and dialysis safety
- Teaching or precepting experience preferred
- Must be dependable, professional, and comfortable working with adult learners
Schedule:
- Day and evening classes available
- Day classes may run between 9 AM–4 PM
- Evening classes may run between 5 PM–9:30 PM
- Classes held at City Tech in Brooklyn, NY
Pay:
$55–$65 per hour, based on experience, credentials, and teaching background.
Pay: $55.00 - $65.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8.0 – 34.0 per week
