Salary: $48,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with education, experience, qualifications, and demonstrated skills.

Every day, children achieve milestones, adults gain greater independence, and families discover hope through occupational, physical, and speech-language therapy, special instruction, and early intervention services.

Your Opportunity
The Executive Administrative Coordinator serves as a key member of DTC's leadership team by providing executive administrative support while coordinating marketing and communications, fundraising initiatives, community engagement, event planning, and selected human resources functions.

- The Executive Director/CEO has more time to cultivate relationships, secure sponsorships, and lead the organization because you have become a trusted partner.
How You Will Make an Impact
Executive Leadership Support
- Provide executive administrative support to the Executive Director/CEO.
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, reports, presentations, Board materials, and strategic projects.
Help Tell DTC's Story
- Design graphics for social media, fundraising campaigns, events, and organizational communications.
- Create brochures, flyers, newsletters, invitations, sponsorship materials, presentations, and annual reports.
- Maintain DTC's website and digital communications.
- Support fundraising campaigns through creative marketing.
Strengthen Community Relationships
- Represent DTC at Chamber events, networking opportunities, and community activities.
- Build relationships with sponsors, donors, volunteers, and community partners.
Support Fundraising Success
- Assist with fundraising events.
- Solicit silent auction and raffle donations.
- Coordinate sponsorship materials and donor stewardship.
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, personnel documentation, and employee recognition.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or related field (associate degree with exceptional qualifications or candidates pursuing a bachelor's degree may also be considered).
- Three or more years of professional experience.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience with Canva or similar graphic design software.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
