Construction Apprentice / Carpenter

No experience is required. We are willing to train the right person.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with site preparation and dirt work
- Concrete and foundation work
- Framing and rough carpentry
- Roofing and siding installation
- Masonry and stonework
- Flooring, painting, and finish carpentry
- Travel to unique project locations when opportunities arise
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
- Comfortable working at heights
- Physically capable of construction-related work
- Able to follow directions and take ownership of responsibilities
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting wage: $19.50/hour
- Guaranteed annual raises: +$2.00/hour for up to 10 years
- 4% company retirement match
- Gym membership
- 35 days of paid time off annually
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Wednesdays end at 2:30 PM
- Work 38 hours and get paid for 40
Paid time off includes fishing opener, hunting season, holidays, Christmas through New Year's, and additional flexible PTO days.
