Contract: 13 weeks with the possible extension

Schedule: Day shifts (M-F) with one in four call rotation for nights, weekends, and holidays.

The qualified candidate will have 2 years of experience performing OASIS assessments and care planning for in-home patients. Previous experience with our Epic is a plus. This person will also be in the call rotation for the department, one in four nights, weekends and holidays. Scheduled shifts are days, Monday through Friday. We are open to 32-40 hours per week.
Mandatory Requirements to Apply : 2 years of home health RN experience

Pay Rate - $31/hr on W2
Stipend for meals and lodging - $1246/weekly
Weekly Gross - $2,486/weekly
Local Package-
Payrate - $57/hr on W2
Weekly Gross - $2,280/weekly
Pay: $2,280.00 - $2,486.00 per week
