Overview
We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Bookkeeper and Office Assistant. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting overall office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and has strong communication skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy.
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Order Entry & Customer service
- Handle phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Utilize computer software for various administrative tasks, ensuring all information is accurately entered and maintained.
Experience
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and customer service
- Strong computer literacy is essential; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize workload effectively while meeting deadlines.
- Detail oriented
