Job Summary
The Data & Integration Manager is responsible for leading the enterprise data, integration, automation, and internal development function in a large, multi-system environment. This role owns the strategy, delivery, quality, governance, and support of data platforms and integration services. The position plays a key role in connecting enterprise business systems, including ERP and other line-of-business applications, to downstream reporting, analytics, automation, application, and process improvement initiatives. The Data & Integration Manager partners with business leaders, IT infrastructure and operations teams, application owners, vendors, and executive stakeholders to deliver trusted data, reliable integrations, scalable automation solutions, and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead enterprise data platform strategy, architecture, and delivery across Azure Databases, Dataverse, Data Lakes, Synapse, Fabric, and related technologies.
- Oversee ELT/ETL processes, data warehousing, semantic modeling, and orchestration across operational and analytical environments.
- Lead ERP and business application integrations using APIs, EDI, event-driven integrations, and automation workflows.
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
- Establish enterprise standards for data governance, quality, security, documentation, and software development best practices.
- Develop monitoring, auditing, retention, reconciliation, exception handling, and issue-resolution processes for enterprise data and software development.
- Manage technical teams, vendors, consultants, project backlogs, and delivery priorities.
- Partner with business and IT leaders to deliver scalable analytics, integration, and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, integration, analytics, application development, business intelligence, or enterprise systems.
- 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams or enterprise data and integration initiatives.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure data services, including Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Data Lake/Lakehouse, Synapse, Fabric, and similar cloud platforms.
- Experience integrating ERP systems, with Infor CloudSuite Distribution experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with API integrations, EDI, ETL/ELT pipelines, automation workflows, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Hands-on or leadership experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Databricks, SQL, Python, Spark, and modern analytics platforms.
- Experience establishing standards for source control, testing, deployment, documentation, monitoring, and production support.
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, multi-location operations.
- Experience supporting audits, compliance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as TOGAF, ITIL, CBIP, PMP, or Microsoft Data Engineering/Architecture certifications are preferred.
- Familiarity with Azure API Management, Infor ION API Gateway, MuleSoft, Boomi, Apigee, Kong, Amazon API Gateway, Postman, or SAP Integration Suite is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, documentation, governance, and change management skills.

- Occasional climbing, kneeling, crawling, or lifting/moving up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
- May require operation of office technology and equipment associated with the position.
Work Environment
- Work is typically performed in an indoor office environment.
- Exposure may include office noise, machinery, dust, and public interaction.
- Travel of approximately 10–20% is required, with up to 50% travel during the first 90 days of onboarding.
- Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on project and operational needs.
