Qualifications:
- Compassion, caring for residents like they are your family members
- Great communicator
- Honest, reliable, dependable, and accountable
- People person who gets along with others
- Lead/ senior caregiving- 2 years
- QMAP certified – 1 year
- Experienced with caregiving to memory care seniors – 2 years Dementia training and practical experience needed
- Clean background check
- Reliable transportation with good driving record
- First Aid/CPR certified
- Current TB, pass drug screening
Caregiver responsibilities:
· Assist residents with personal care, including dressing, mobility, administering medication, personal hygiene and eating, activities, and exercise.
· Document and report any changes in client’s health status
· Ensure highest client safety and well-being
· Light food preparation
Shift is 12-hours working with a co-worker to take care of 8 seniors
We are targeting someone with weekend availability. Pay rate depends on experience and background. Pay starts at $20.50 per hour depending on experience. Also included are: health plan program, paid vacation, retirement program.
