POSITION SUMMARY
Grant funded scanning position to image Common Pleas docket books from 1842-1887. This position is for a total of 270 hours. Onsite only, with flexible hours within the Archives schedule. Position must be completed by December 31, 2026.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for converting hard copy documents into a digital format.
Reviews scanned images for quality and verifies that all pages have been scanned.
Able to perform work in a team environment adhering to all attendance and safety rules, regulations.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Required High School diploma with knowledge of general business procedures.
Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.
Attention to detail in composing, keying and editing materials and establishing priorities.
Competent computer software skills.
