Description
Figurella is seeking an energetic, compassionate, and results-driven Wellness Coach to join our growing team. This role combines fitness coaching, wellness consulting, and sales. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping women transform their health and confidence while also being comfortable guiding prospective clients through the consultation and enrollment process.
This is not a traditional gym position. Figurella provides highly personalized wellness and weight-management programs for women, and our team members play a critical role in both client results and business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Experience & Coaching
- Conduct one-on-one wellness consultations and body assessments.
- Guide clients through personalized exercise sessions and wellness protocols.
- Educate clients on healthy lifestyle habits and program compliance.
- Monitor progress and provide motivation, accountability, and support.
- Maintain accurate client records and progress notes.
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience.
Sales & Business Development
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients and explain the Figurella Method.
- Present program recommendations and membership options.
- Convert leads into memberships through consultative, relationship-based selling.
- Follow up on inquiries, referrals, and inactive clients.
- Participate in community outreach and local marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals and renewals.
- Meet individual and team goals related to consultations, enrollments, and client retention.
Team Responsibilities
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.
- Support center events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client care.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
