Agency Promoter / Marketing Representative (Entry Level)
Part-Time | In Office and Community Marketing | Paid Training
Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable meeting new people? We are hiring several Agency Promoters to help introduce our agency to more people throughout the community.
This is an entry-level marketing opportunity. No insurance experience is required. We will train you, work alongside you, and provide an opportunity to learn the insurance business and advance into a licensed insurance position.
Compensation
· $15.00 per hour base pay
· $2 for each completed insurance quote
· $10 for each policy sale
· $1 for each qualifying agency point earned
· Paid training and advancement opportunities
What You Will Do
· Generate new insurance quote opportunities through personal contacts, referrals, networking, community outreach, local businesses, and events.
· Work scheduled part-time hours in the office to contact prospects and assist with the quote process.
· Spend designated time outside the office prospecting for new customers and building relationships.
· Learn marketing, insurance basics, follow-up, referral generation, and professional communication.
The Launch 50 Program
Every new Agency Promoter begins with our Launch 50 Program. As part of the initial training process, you will identify 50 people from your personal and community network who may be open to receiving a free, no-obligation insurance quote. This may include friends, family members, neighbors, coworkers, parents from school or sports, local business owners, and other community contacts.
We will work the Launch 50 together. It is designed to provide a practical training platform, help you become comfortable starting conversations, and give you an opportunity to generate early results. No one is required to purchase insurance.
Performance Goal
The initial productivity goal is to complete at least two quotes per paid in-office hour. Activity, quality, professionalism, compliance, and improvement will all be considered.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
