Work Schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:30 – 5:30

Description of the Role:
We are a public accounting firm in Middletown, DE that is looking for a permanent front desk administrator. The ideal candidate we are looking for:

- Has the ability to effectively operate copiers, scanners, etc.
- Can comfortably operate a multi-line phone system

- Is available to work 9am -5pm Monday – Friday (40 hours per week)

Experiences that are helpful:
- Experience in a tax or accounting office or in banking
- Experience with Accounting CS or Creative Solutions, PracticeCS, and FileCabinet CS
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook calendars
Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and client drop box
- Professionally conducting incoming phone calls with clients
- Quickly managing, scanning and routing incoming client documents
- Accepting and accurately posting client payments
- Providing excellent and accurate client service via in person, telephone and email interactions
- Maintaining an excellent reception area for our clients
- Efficiently binding financial reports, tax returns and other client deliverables
- Promptly and professionally greeting clients
- Assisting clients with appointments, managing calendars, and gathering documents for the day’s meetings
- Coordinating and managing the establishment of client portals for new and existing clients and providing ongoing support regarding those portals
- Providing effective direct support to Director and the Practice Manager to enhance the value they are able to provide to our clients
- Providing general support to the office operations in miscellaneous other tasks and responsibilities to promote efficient operation of the Firm
