Ozarks Meat Factory is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. We are seeking someone with experience in a full-service restaurant environment who can handle a fast-paced kitchen while maintaining quality, consistency, and cleanliness.
This position requires someone who can prep and cook for breakfast, lunch, and steak service. Candidates must have culinary experience and must be able to pass a background check.
We are hiring for multiple shifts, including:
- Breakfast Shift: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM Monday -Sunday
- Lunch and Dinner Shifts 12pm- 8pm Monday- Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep work
- Cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Work breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner service as scheduled
- Properly cook steaks and other entrées to order
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service times
Qualifications:
- Experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant
- Culinary experience required
- Ability to cook across multiple meal periods, including breakfast, lunch, and steaks
- Must be reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and kitchen sanitation
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Weekend and evening availability preferred
