Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store
- Conduct engaging product demos to showcase features and benefits, enhancing customer understanding and interest
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for retail sales transactions, including cash register operations and cash handling
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to maximize sales opportunities
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean, attractive, and well-maintained
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone etiquette and in person with clear communication skills
- Assist with merchandising efforts to create appealing displays that highlight seasonal promotions and new arrivals
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred;
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on friendly phone etiquette and customer engagement
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail transactions.

Pay: $18.50 - $20.00 per hour
