About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities and Grounds Associate to help keep our brewery, pizza operations, and outdoor yard clean, organized, and running smoothly.
This is a physical, straightforward role for someone who likes staying busy, working independently, and seeing immediate results from their work.
What You'll Be Doing
- Yard work: blowing leaves, pulling weeds, stacking wood
- Light landscaping and trimming bushes
- Cleaning and resetting restrooms, floors, windows, and common areas
- Putting away food and supply orders
- Mopping, trash removal, and general cleanup
- Helping wherever needed to keep the property guest-ready
What We're Looking For
- Dependable and self-motivated
- Comfortable with physical work and being on your feet
- Able to work independently and follow basic direction
- Positive attitude and willing to jump in where needed
Requirements
- No certifications or licenses required
- Must be able to life 40-50 lbs
- Reliable transportation
- Prior maintenance, yard, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required
