WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS
A complete operating system for an independent HR AI advisory practice. Not a course you watch. A system you run.
You get certified once, then deliver engagements to companies under your own
name and brand, using:
- The Measure: an AI-readiness diagnostic your clients complete, with a branded readout you deliver
- A strategic plan generator that turns the diagnostic into a client-ready plan
- Workflow mapping and an enablement curriculum for the delivery work
- The client-getting playbook: outreach templates, the messages that book calls, and how to talk about this so buyers say yes
- Proposal and pricing templates, so you quote with confidence instead of guessing
- A full asset library and concierge setup, so you start with a practice, not a to-do list
Full engagements for clients typically are invoiced in this space bill between $75,000 and $300,000.
You own every client relationship and set your own fees.
MY GUARANTEE
Landing your first client is built into the program as the work, not left for after. If you complete it and do the outreach, and you haven't landed your first paid engagement within 90 days, I keep working with you until you do. I designed the guarantee to be rarely needed.

Company Description
The HR AI Institute helps HR and People leaders put AI to work in real practice, not theory. Through Aptura, our certified practice system, we equip independent HR consultants to deliver AI-readiness advisory to companies under their own brand, using a proven methodology, diagnostic tools, and a shared platform.
- The Institute is led by a practitioners who runs AI transformation inside a publicly traded technology company, and translates that frontline work into methods HR advisors can deliver for their own clients. We work with a small, selective network of senior HR professionals building independent practices.
Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
