Duties
- Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and billing procedures
- Lead and motivate front office staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards
- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring prompt and courteous communication with guests and internal departments
- Oversee night audit processes to reconcile daily transactions, prepare reports, and ensure financial accuracy overnight
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a positive attitude, turning challenges into opportunities for excellent service
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and proactively enhancing overall guest satisfaction
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies, safety regulations, and hospitality management best practices at all times
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, preferably within a resort or similar setting
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk software tools
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse guests; bilingual skills are a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Demonstrated ability to manage night audit functions accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional phone etiquette skills combined with experience handling multi-line phone systems
- Prior experience in guest services, hotel operations, or hospitality management is essential
- Ability to lead a team confidently while fostering a collaborative environment

Pay: $22.40 - $24.97 per hour
