RPM Raceway Stamford is seeking an energetic, service-driven Bar Manager to lead bar operations and help create an unforgettable guest experience. As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee day-to-day bar operations, manage inventory and staffing, ensure compliance with all liquor laws, and deliver exceptional hospitality in our fast-paced entertainment venue.

What You'll Do
- Manage all daily bar operations, including opening, closing, and service standards.
- Hire, train, coach, and develop bartenders and support staff.
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service and hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and control beverage costs.
- Maintain compliance with all Connecticut liquor laws and company policies.
- Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
- Create staff schedules and manage labor costs efficiently.
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety standards throughout the bar area.
- Collaborate with venue leadership on events, promotions, and guest engagement initiatives.
- Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bar management, restaurant management, or hospitality leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and beverage operations.
- Experience with inventory management, ordering, and cost controls.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Must meet all state requirements for serving alcohol.
