We are an established restoration and remediation company with a strong reputation in water damage, mold remediation, and property restoration. Due to continued growth, we are launching a dedicated plumbing division and are looking for a skilled, motivated plumber who wants to help build something from the ground up.
This is a unique opportunity to join a startup plumbing operation with the support, resources, customer base, and stability of an already successful company.
What You'll Do
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service work
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues
- Repair and replace water lines, drain lines, fixtures, and water heaters
- Respond to plumbing emergencies and service calls
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
- Work closely with our restoration team on water loss and emergency projects
Requirements
- Valid California plumbing license (or equivalent qualifying credentials) (We have the opportunity to RMO with the right candidate)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on plumbing experience
- Experience with service, repair, and diagnostic work
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with residential service plumbing
- Water heater installation and replacement experience
- Leak detection experience
- Drain cleaning and sewer line experience
- Experience working with restoration, mitigation, or emergency service companies
