We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Technician/Salesperson to join our growing pest control team. This dual role combines hands-on pest control expertise with the ability to build relationships and drive sales. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities:
Pest Control:
- Perform thorough inspections and treatments for a variety of pests in residential and commercial settings.
- Utilize proper techniques and equipment to ensure effective and safe pest control.
- Maintain accurate records of all services provided.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies and procedures
Sales:
- Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct sales inspections and educate customers on our services.
- Leadership:
- Be self-motivated
- Be able to self-manage
Qualifications:
- Pest Control Experience: None is required, but experience is welcomed
- Sales Experience: None is required, but experience is welcomed
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate others, positive mindset is required
