About the Role
As a CNC Machine Technician, you will play a vital role in our precision manufacturing operations by managing complex machining lines to produce high-quality metal components. You will be responsible for optimizing equipment performance, ensuring part compliance, and maintaining a safe, efficient production environment to meet rigorous quality standards.
Responsibilities-
Operate and monitor CNC machining lines, adjusting parameters and tooling to ensure consistent part quality and production throughput.

Perform precise measurements using gauges and inspection tools to verify that finished work pieces meet exact specifications.

Collaborate with setup teams to execute efficient changeovers for various production cells and equipment configurations.

Conduct routine preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or software malfunctions to minimize downtime.

Utilize hoists, cranes, and forklifts to safely stage materials and move components throughout the production floor.

Analyze machine performance by monitoring auditory cues and vibration data to proactively address potential equipment issues.

Document production data accurately within internal tracking systems to maintain inventory and process transparency.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to all safety, ergonomic, and environmental protocols.
Qualifications-
Proven mechanical aptitude with prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 lbs.

Capacity to stand and remain mobile throughout the duration of a shift.

Demonstrated ability to follow technical instructions and safety guidelines while wearing required PPE.

Successful completion of pre-employment screening processes.

Experience with CNC programming or machine control unit operation.

Proficiency in operating industrial equipment such as forklifts or overhead cranes.

Strong problem-solving skills related to equipment troubleshooting and quality compliance.
